Located just south of E Palmer Divide Ave (aka County Line Rd) off of Thunder Rd East, we’re developing six lots that will soon be available to build on. These are high prairie lots with natural beauty all around and spectacular views of the mountains! They are each approximately 5 acres in size and, if desired, you can have up to two horses. Each lot will have gas and electricity at the property line. Well and septic will be required. Lots are currently awaiting final approval from El Paso County. Once approved, construction for the easement and utilities will start immediately. In the meantime, contact us to choose a lot and design your home plans. Then once the lots get approved, we will be able to start building your new home. 

From I-25 take the County Line Road Exit heading east. Cross over Hwy 83. Continue to Thunder Rd. East. Make a Right. Follow to Mariah Trail
